• Cordjia will seek opportunistic investments in early- to mid-stage middle market companies.
• An underserved segment has been identified in the $5 million to $40 million investment market .
• Cordjia seeks to invest in companies that are underperforming their peers and have the ability to grow and outperform those peers - we will use our considerable business expertise to lead our investment companies to profitable growth.
• The varied experience of the principals and advisors will be applied across many industries enabling the company to set targets for investment returns and then evaluate a large pool of companies that have the potential to meet those targets.
• Investments will range from $1 million to $15 million.
